Alberto Richards
Alberto Richards is in the Electromechanical Technology - Power and Control (T182) program at George Brown Polytechnic. He started the program in the fall of 2025. He has an amateur radio license and before coming back to George Brown to continue his studies he worked as a restaurant equipment service technician. Alberto is passionate about using alternative forms of power generation within urban settings and enjoys amateur radio as a hobby.

Federico Cristo
Federico Cristo is currently studying the Electromechanical Engineering Technology - Power and Control program (T182) at George Brown Polytechnic. He holds a certificate in Construction Techniques with a specialization in residential electrical installation. He has a passion for creating analog synthizers using electrical circuits and plays guitar in his free time.

Jesse Di Giorgio
Jesse Di Giorgio is on track to earn his diploma in Electromechanical Engineering Technology (T182) by 2028. He is an avid problem solver and enjoys working with his hands building electrical systems. In his free time he is passionate about personal training.

John Camarda.
Professor and Program Coordinator of T121 Mechanical Engineering Technology, in George Brown Polytechnic’s School of Engineering Technologies. John began teaching at the College in the T146 Mechanical Engineering Technician Tool and Die Program in 2010. In addition, since joining the College John was responsible for initially setting up and coordinating the University of Toronto machining labs program and Formula SAE race car manufacturing. John has also been active in applied research as faculty mentor on numerous applied research projects.
Borui Li.
Robotics engineer and educator with over a decade of experience in automation, robotics integration, and intelligent systems. As a faculty member at George Brown College, he specializes in hands-on teaching of automation, control systems, and applied robotics. His industry background includes leadership roles at Sanctuary AI, as well as engineering experience with KUKA Robotics, Attabotics, and Magna International. Borui’s work focuses on robot deployment, human-robot collaboration, and optimizing industrial robotic systems, with a strong emphasis on bridging advanced research and real-world applications.
